오늘은 골프를 많이 해서 다른 운동은 쉬고, 손가락 운동만.
아래 열 가지 다 해봤는데 도구 없이 할 수 있는 1, 7, 8, 9번 좋은 것 같다.
사실 저것들 다 기타 치기 전에 하는 스트레칭인데... 특히 8번 ㅋㅋㅋ
어제 연습 좀 했다고 오늘은 손 컨디션이 또 좀 안 좋네 ㅠㅠ
오늘은 연습도 패스해야겠다.
